If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we are only too happy to listen to any concerns or queries you may have in relation to items you have purchased through our website. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via our contact form or at hi@thebabybag.co.nz.

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 calendar days to return any items that you’re not happy with, excluding infant formula. In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. As the safety of our families is of utmost importance to us, all packaging must be fully intact and untampered with. We may also require proof of your purchase.

Once we have received and reviewed your returned items, we will immediately notify you. If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase your items. You should receive your refund within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
